room ten's fitness challenge

Today we went to fitness and did a challenge in our houses.the first  we did three laps around the court and kauri won.

Then we went to corners on the court in our houses and lined up.second we had to run in the middle of the court and do 5 push ups and go back and nikau won  

The third challenge we had to do five sit up’s and we had to lay fat on the ground and put it in and out and got up.

Next we did the 4th challenge.the fourth challenge was the shuttle runs .we had to run to the middle and touch the circle and ran back.

Then mr.nath told us to assemble at the front of him and went back to class announced the winner and the loser.

I felt tired and happy because it was cool.
