Volume:
When you measure Volume it is all about how much space there is in that hollow 3 Dimensional shape and you can only measure 3D shapes.
Capacity:
The Capacity is how much of that Hollow shape can be filled and is the amount of something can contain and you can only measure 3D and Hollow shape.
