Food tech.

Today we had tech. First thing in the morning was, me and my brother woke up and changed packed our lunch and we walked all the from our house to tamaki college. When we arrived at tamaki we till it was time to get to class. We were waiting at the basketball courts playing master. After Mrs Tofa told us to come and sit at the benches to wait. After waiting the ball rang and all the year 7's walked to cooking class.

We walked into cook and our teacher was waiting for us at her kitchen. After everyone had put their Appren on and washed their hand we had to get a partner and go to our very own kitchen. Tupou and I was cooking partners. Today we were cooking Frittata. It is just like a Kiesh but it does not have a crust. First step we did was we took out the equipment that we were gonna use. We grabbed out, two measuring cups, two knifes, one large bowl, two chopping boards, measuring spoons and a frying pan.

First we got our frying pan and added two measures of oil on to the frying pan. Then Tupou cut up the kumara and the onions, while I was dicing the meat. After we cut up the vegetables I grabbed a measuring cup and I filled it up with cheese. Then I got the other measuring cup and filled it up with cream, I grabbed two eggs, cracked it and mixed it up with the cream. We put the kumara into the large bowl and added the cream and milk. Once we added it we put the onion in the frying pan we fried it. While the onion was frying we put the meat into the frying pan. When we were frying the onions and the meat, we put the cheese in the large bowl. The onions and meat were done and we added it to the large bowl and started to mix it till it is properly mixed. When we finished mixing it up we put it into the container and left it to cook. When it finish cooking we sat at the eating table and ate the Frittata. It was super delicious and it smelt like the Tongan food that I eat, and
I wonder what we are gonna eat next week?
